Since we launched our Board Games Club in July, Fridays have never been so much fun!
Every Friday afternoon, we get together for a relaxed few hours of games, conversation and good company. We have a wide variety of board games to choose from, so whether you already have a favourite or fancy discovering something completely new, there’s always something to play.
But our Board Games Club is about much more than just the games.
It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends and feel part of the local community. If you’re new to the area or simply looking for a friendly place to spend your Friday afternoon, you’ll always find a warm welcome here.
Board games are also a fun and relaxed way to practise your English. Playing, chatting and learning the rules together gives you plenty of opportunities to use everyday English without the pressure of a classroom. And of course, games are a great way to keep your mind active, practise problem-solving and enjoy a little friendly competition!
You don’t need to be an experienced player, and you don’t need to bring anything with you. Just come along, choose a game and join in.
